We are always happy to discuss fees and provide bespoke cost estimates for each matter on a case-by-case basis.

As a guide, our fees for a standard one-day commercial mediation are £1,750 per party. 

This includes:

• Liaising with the parties before and after the mediation day;

• Preparing the draft mediation agreement for signing by the parties;

• Up to four hours of preparation time;

• Attending and running the mediation day (up to seven hours);

• Travelling time to and from the mediation venue within an hour of London or set up of online mediation process;

• Any agreed additional time is usually charged at £225 per hour per party.

Our fees for a standard half day mediation, including workplace mediation, of up to 4 hours are 75% of the full day rate.

We would provide a fixed quote for undertaking board dispute work based on the nature and complexity of the dispute.

The costs above do not include expenses or disbursements which will be added.
