OVERVIEW
Nikki is an experienced litigator and CMC Registered commercial and workplace mediator. She currently splits her time between her litigation practice at Howard Kennedy LLP and her mediation practice at Pacificus Mediation.
EXPERIENCE
Nikki has over 15 years’ experience in resolving disputes and has been mediating disputes for the last 5 years. Her extensive experience as a trial lawyer provides valuable insight when acting as a mediator.
Nikki is adept at dealing with an array of personalities and is noted to have “excellent conversational style and outstanding interpersonal communication skills” when in the role of mediator. She works with parties ranging from large PLCs and insurance companies to SMEs and individuals. In addition to her commercial and workplace mediation work for Pacificus Mediation she also works pro bono with CALM Mediation to support individuals to resolve conflicts in a community setting and sits on the CEDR NAFD Resolve Conciliation Scheme.
Nikki has experience of commercial mediations across a broad range of disputes, both domestic and international. She has particular expertise in relation to director and shareholder disputes, commercial fraud, influencer marketing and commercial contracts. She is known for being extremely commercial, tenacious and quick to get to grips with complex cases.

OVERVIEW
William is an independent CEDR accredited commercial mediator and a member of the CEDR teaching faculty. He is also a highly experienced senior business executive and corporate-commercial lawyer. In addition to his mediation practice at Pacificus Mediation, he sits on a number of SME boards.
EXPERIENCE
William spent the first decade of his career as a corporate-commercial lawyer at City firm Allen & Overy and Bristol firm Burges Salmon, specialising in complex international projects, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions.
He subsequently moved into industry, first as general counsel and then as a chief operating officer of AIM-listed Helius Energy plc. He led the sale of that company’s assets to an infrastructure fund in 2014.
William has experience of resolving disputes across various sectors with a specialism in complex commercial matters. He draws on his background as both an executive and a lawyer to assist the parties to achieve balanced and commercially pragmatic solutions.
He has an excellent reputation for resolving disputes relating to commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, boardroom conflict and estates.
